CLS Facility Services, a 44 year old National Facility Management Company, is seeking an experienced and motivated sales representative to sell its' HVAC services to the Retail, Financial, Commercial, & Restaurant industries throughout the state of Ohio.
Job Scope & Responsibilities
Identify and initiate contact with multiple prospective customers throughout the state of Ohio. Present, negotiate and secure contract agreements for HVAC maintenance, ongoing service, and projects. Develop and maintain professional relationships - both company and client. Achieve pre-established monthly sales goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Highly motivated and aggressive sales professional. Proven ability to successfully prospect, grow, and manage a sales territory from the ground up. Professional appearance, excellent presentation & communication skills a must. A minimum of 3 years sales experience in the HVAC industry. Existing or previous relationships in the Retail, Financial, Commercial, & Restaurant industries a plus. Microsoft Office Proficient A minimum of an Associate's Degree preferred
