Warehouse & Inventory Lead;
The Warehouse & Inventory Lead is required to support the growth of a Cleveland packaging company located in Mentor, OH. The person selected for this position must have an entrepreneurial spirit and must have experience with all Warehouse functions including WMS systems, Inventory Control, as well as, interaction with customers. At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role is required. The Warehouse & Inventory Lead will be responsible for; Safety, Product Security, the controlling of all day to day operations of the Warehouse, Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, Inventory Reconciliation, and Year-end physicals. Leadership, Organization, Project Management, Problem Solving and effective Communication skills are critical to the success of the position.
Description:
Lead the Warehouse team in safe and efficient operation of all equipment, along with ensuring the security of the building.
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Direct the storage and distribution activities of the company. Ensures products, components, or supplies are shipped, distributed, or received in an accurate and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of Quality, Customer Service, and compliance throughout the Warehousing and Inventory Control processes.
Perform daily cycle counts and lead team in controlling all inventory movements with 100% accuracy.

Maintains clear, concise, and detailed records of all counting activities and resolves all inventory discrepancies.
Ensure inventory returns by production are reconciled on a daily basis.

Establish and maintain effective relationships with your peers, team, and senior managers in order to communicate effectively, collaborate across departments, and strategically implement solutions.
Inspire your team with challenging assignments and coaching to facilitate individual growth and development; foster a collaborative environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others.
Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel along with WMS experience and RF data collection.
Previous experience managing diverse teams of associates.
Experience interfacing and leading diverse teams of associates. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 35 pounds.
Forklift Certification a plus.
Available to support multiple shifts as required.
Must have a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to be considered future for promotional opportunities.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
