Job Summary
Provides quality customer service by ensuring that all clients' service needs are being met in a professional and timely manner.

Essential Functions

Responsible for independently managing tasks and locations associated with their team's customer base. Service requests may come in via phone, fax, email
Communicate with clients and vendors to make sure work has been completed in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure client satisfaction
Provide estimates and quotes to clients.
Handle emergency situations as they arise and provide immediate service as needed.
Ensure tickets are closed out in an efficient manner.
Use Services Application to track service tickets and keep ALL statuses, dates, details up-to-date.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

Handle multiple service requests simultaneously
Problem-solving, research, quality control of activities described above
Willingness to assist others within the department to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
