We are currently assisting our client in their search for a Temp to hire Help Desk Technician to join their team in Mentor, Ohio.
Essential Functions:
o Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and electronically o Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues o Research questions using available information resources o Advise user on appropriate action o Follow standard help desk procedures o Assist with networking requests from management.
Experience Required:
o Associates Degree in
computer
Science or related field o Working knowledge of fundamental operations of Windows software, PC, laptop and server hardware and related IT equipment such as printers, wireless devices, and scanners o 1-3 Years of technical Help Desk/Networking Experience o Microsoft Windows Servers o Server Virtualization o Storage (SAN) o Network Infrastructure o Experience with Break/FixEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
