The Industrial Maintenance Technician is part of the Facilities & Maintenance Team.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success.
Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
Diagnosing electrical issues by reading diagrams and blueprints Installing and repairing wiring and conductive elements and electrical components Testing and inspecting electrical wiring and ensuring safe installation and compliance with regulatory codes.
Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring and fixtures.
Performing general electrical maintenance Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
Ability to troubleshoot, work with and repair motors, motor starters, contactors, relays, distribution and panel wiring of AC and DC (low and high volt) up to 480 volts and use electrical test equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
Systems Used Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) SyteLine UKG Requirements:
High school diploma is required, technical certification or degree is preferred.
Completion of electrician apprenticeship Proficient in all industrial electrical applications.
(3 phase systems.
480-volt, 240 volt) Basic knowledge of PLC's and troubleshooting.
Experience with Forklifts and Scissor lift.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and technical specifications.
