We are seeking to add an ADMINISTRATIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS MANAGER to our team.
This position reports directly to both the Vice President and President, as well as providing close interaction with all members of company.
The right candidate will possess experience and aptitude pertaining to purchasing, inventory control, office management, accounting, and operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide supervision, direction, and leadership to office employees.
Oversee and participate in the daily operations of the office.
This includes review of customer orders for accuracy, advise on any A/R invoice issues, approve A/P invoices and account code, maintain, and reconcile inventory at warehouses, troubleshoot issues daily, maintain customer pricing in accounting system, and maintain up-to-date information on customers in database.
Manage and coordinate procurement activities while maintaining proper inventory levels based upon customer orders and forecasts.
Maintain and reconcile company bank accounts, including weekly check runs.
Serve as the company point person related to ISO.
Resolve issues related to nonconformance with customers and respond to requests.
Assist in all facets of monthly closing.
Possess direct responsibility for all customers, with specific accountability for handling high-maintenance accounts.
Develop and maintain administrative standards in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Advise and assist sales force as needed.
Work in CRM system and with all members of company to ensure management requirements are being met.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
At least five years of related experience in office management, logistics, purchasing or related field.
College degree preferred.
Experience within a purchasing, inventory focused or logistics environment.
Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office software as well as ability to learn company computer software for financial and order entry systems.
Excellent verbal and writing skills with attention to detail.
Strong financial and record keeping skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to manage and oversee activities of office.
High degree of self-motivation and natural ability to self-start.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
