Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
Scan documents and print files when needed.
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Respond to requests to retrieve data from the database as needed.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Experience with Microsoft Office and data programs Familiarity with administrative tasks Typing speed & accuracy Strong command of the English language, grammar, spelling & punctuation Attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
