Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - File and organize documents, both physical and electronic - Assist with general clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred - Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills - Knowledge of Veterinary office procedures is a plus As a Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
