Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to assist our team.
This includes assisting sellers throughout their entire listing process, ensuring all proper documents are fully executed, entering info into the Multiple Listing Service, producing and maintaining flyers, listing presentations and marketing materials.
The candidate must be friendly, professional and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assign them to the appropriate party Ensure all listing documents are gathered and executed appropriately Input listing information into local Multiple Listing Service Process price changes, withdrawn properties, expired properties and extensions Answer sellers/buyer's agents questions about listings Create and maintain effective marketing for listings Assist other admin staff when needed Key Skills / Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Highly organized and attentive to detail Comfortable working with others in a fast-paced environment Thrives on providing excellent customer service Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
