Salary:

Our client is a well-established and respected CPA firm with offices in both Mentor and Hudson, OH and for decades now, they have been providing a wide range of services to business owners and individuals including income tax preparation, accounting, payroll, audit protection, cash management, retirement planning, and financial planning.

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning Accurately prepare complex tax returns and tax projections in a timely manner Review tax returns prepared by others while assuming primary responsibility Ensure the completion of engagements, including identifying and addressing problem areas Identify tax problems, perform research and develop solutions Identify and execute opportunities to mentor and train tax staff Identify / find additional services in client work Work with partners to pursue and engage new clients Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business, or related field.

years of tax management experience within public accounting Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop long-term client relationships Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns Exceptional at prioritization and time management, sometimes within tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly detail oriented and organized Interested in hearing more?
