Independence Place Condominums Independence Place Condominums Mentor, OH Mentor, OH Part-time Part-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Duties - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments - Greet and assist home owners and visitors - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks - Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - make bank deposits - assist with communtiy center rental Skills - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks) - Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures - Ability to manage budgets and financial records - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Experience in schedule management and coordination - knowledge of Ohio condo/real estate law a plus This position requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software, have experience with payroll processing, and possess excellent phone etiquette.
Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to manage budgets, and coordinate schedules.
