we care for water A central theme to everything we do is products and technology that care for water - our system chain of 'collect, clean, hold, release' reflects this and our business constantly revolves around the care and management of water What the role entails Prepare/process all distribution paperwork by following guidelines and procedures Responsible for pulling, packaging and shipping Shower Drain product orders.
Responsible for processing all UPS shipments.
Create delivery notes.
Arrange for carriers; prepare required shipping documents; change status of order from open to closed (ready for invoicing) after order is shipped.
Compares identifying information of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
Verify all incoming pulled orders paperwork is properly completed and correct with Distribution Supervisor.
Maintain shipping databases.
Attach copy of outgoing shipping paperwork to associated customer invoice; forward to Accounts Payable Department.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned or directed by Plant Manager/Supervisors.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); One to two years previous shipping/receiving experience a plus ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certified Forklift Operator PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Occasionally required to stand or walk.
Continually required to sit and work on a computer.
Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
Frequently required to talk or hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally required to drive.
$18-20 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
