If you are interested in joining our culture, we're looking for a full-time Medical Assistant in our clinic located at 8877 Mentor Avenue, Mentor OH! Must have previous experience working as a Medical Assistant, knowledge of medical terminology, and previous scheduling experience.

Snapshot of Daily Duties Manage the providers personal/work/patient schedules Prescription refills/prior authorizations Manage patient prescriptions as directed by physician.
Manage referrals as directed by physician.
Answer patient questions.
Notify patients of test results Assist with scheduling office visits, procedures, laboratory tests, x-rays, outpatient testing, hospital admissions and appointments as necessary.
The Must Haves High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant required.
Previous experience working in a medical office environment preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology required.
