Trains, directs, and coordinates personnel Develops and conducts training to ensure effective customer service Conducts performance appraisals Update customer accounts Access to web orders Analyze and process customer returns Corrects and reships incorrect orders Conducts customer surveys and inbound/outbound call projects Processes orders, enters into computer and, sends to Design Departments Handles call resolutions Handles credit to orders Issues call tags Customer services inbox Monitors the queues Educate dealers on all products and upsell What makes this job awesome:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
