8K a year The Talent Management Generalist position is part of the Talent Management Team.
This is a full-time, exempt position.
This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success.
Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
Facilitates the onboarding process.
Review and revise onboarding documents and checklists annually.
Answer general employee questions regarding policies, procedures and benefits.
Owns the performance review process.
Work with managers to ensure each submitted performance review has appropriate documentation.
Benefit Administration During times of increased hiring, assist with recruitment and interviewing responsibilities.
Serves as back up to payroll.
Take on special projects as requested.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or directly related human resources generalist experience.
3 years HR Experience Ability to be self-directed and motivated to execute with minimal direction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
Approachable mentality and encourages an open-door culture.
A commitment to integrity and responsiveness Insures a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of work.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
