Duties include:
Answering telephones, real time order entry, problem resolution, invoicing, mailing, accounts receivable/accounts payable functions, collections and other general office duties.
Prior logistics experience a plus.
Local area resident preferred.
Starting Wage:
$16.
00 - $22.
00 per hour based on skill level and experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 yrs.
experience in customer service/call center/professional office environment.
Daily physical presence in office (not remote work).
Prior transportation industry related experience preferred.
Available to start immediately.
Strong customer service and phone skills.
Punctual.
Dependable.
Pleasant, positive, upbeat can-do attitude.
Computer skills including:
Windows PC, MS Office/Word/Excel and Basic Internet skills.
